1st cycle: 2 capsules twice daily for 5 days then 9 days off.
2nd cycle: 4 capsules twice daily for 5 days then 9 days off.
3rd cycle: 6 capsules twice daily for 5 days then 30 days off.
Repeat with 1st cycle if needed.
Take on an empty stomach with at least 12 ounces of water.
